What SEO Agencies Should Demand From Their Link Building Vendor
Every link building vendor says the same things. High quality sites. Real traffic. Fast delivery. Permanent links.
So how do you know who actually means it?
Here is what you should be demanding from any vendor before you commit.
A real site list with DR and traffic
Not just DR. Traffic too. Ask for both. If a vendor cannot show you monthly organic traffic numbers alongside DR, they are hiding something.
Niche relevance
Your client in the health space should not be getting links from tech blogs. Ask your vendor specifically "can you match my client's niche." If they say yes to everything without asking questions, be careful.
No repeated domains
Ask directly. "Do you place links on the same site twice for the same client." The answer should be no. Every month should bring fresh domains.
A fixed delivery window
Not "as soon as possible." A real number. 7 days. 10 days. 14 days. And then hold them to it.
A live link report on delivery
Not a screenshot. Not a PDF. Actual URLs you can open in your browser and verify yourself.
Communication after delivery
A good vendor checks in. Did the link index. Is the page still live. Are there any issues. This follow up is what separates a professional from someone just collecting payments.
You are trusting a vendor with your client's website. That is serious. Demand professionalism and do not settle for less.
