These terms cover link building work carried out by Links With Ali, operated by Ali Shair of Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan, for agency and business clients. Placing an order means you accept them.
We provide white-label link building: guest post placements on third party websites, content written for those placements, manual vetting of the sites used, niche matching, and a white-label report you can pass to your own client. The exact scope of any engagement is whatever is agreed in writing before work starts.
This is important, and we would rather say it plainly than bury it. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue. Nobody can honestly guarantee those, because search engines control their own results and change them constantly. What we guarantee is the work itself: that placements meet the agreed authority, relevance and traffic standards, that links are live and dofollow when delivered, and that they are covered by the guarantee in section 4.
Every site used is manually reviewed before it is offered. We do not use private blog networks, link farms, or sites built purely to sell links. If a site you approve later turns out to fall short of the standard we described, tell us and we will treat it under the guarantee below.
If a placement we delivered is removed within six months of going live, we will replace it with a placement of equivalent quality at no cost. If we cannot provide a suitable replacement, we will refund the amount paid for that placement.
The guarantee does not cover links removed because of changes on your side or your client's side, for example the destination page being deleted, the domain expiring or changing owner, the site being deindexed for reasons unrelated to our placement, or the anchor or destination being edited after delivery.
Content is written by us as standard, or you may supply your own. Content we write is original and intended for the target publication. Once published, the article lives on the third party site and is subject to that site's editorial control. Revisions can be requested before publication.
Indicative delivery windows are published on the pricing page and confirmed per order. They depend on publisher response times, which are outside our control. Where a delay is likely, we will tell you rather than let a deadline pass silently.
Prices are per placement as published or as quoted for custom work, and bulk discounts apply as stated on the pricing page. Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Work typically starts once payment or an agreed deposit is received.
You may present this work as your own to your clients. That is the purpose of the service. We will not contact your clients, and we will not identify your agency as a customer without your written permission.
You may cancel an order that has not yet entered outreach for a full refund. Once outreach or content production has begun on a placement, that placement is no longer refundable, though the guarantee in section 4 still applies once it is delivered.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost rankings.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Nothing here removes any statutory rights you may have in your own country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when the order was placed. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
